Our beautiful, newly renovated studio is located in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The space is available for all types of creatives! Perfect for photography sessions, small meetings, consultations, and workshops.
Amenities include:
• Two natural light shooting areas
• Refrigerator + wash sink
• Private parking
• Private restroom
• Free wifi
RENTAL GUIDELINES

Certificate of insurance and business license is required and a studio rental agreement must be signed. The studio is equipped with surveillance camera in the entryways and in the office facing computer equipment.
A $50.00 rental fee per hour will be charged if you fall past the rental period.
Animals and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited as well as glitter/confetti, paint, dyes, or anything that can damage the walls or floors.
If you’d like to use some of our props or furniture, arrangements can be made prior to rental date.
STUDIO SPACE

This 800 square foot, natural light commercial studio space is located in the heart of Waukesha. It is conveniently located near Target, TJmaxx, Hobby Lobby, Pick ‘N Save, Panera, Noodles + Company, Chilis, and many other restaurants and amenities.
The open floor plan in the main studio is the perfect blank canvas for whatever you want to create! Three large bay windows fill the room with ample sunlight. The white walls and neutral flooring bounce light around beautifully!
The second shooting area/office is decorated in an urban boho style. It’s modern, inspiring, and the greatest vibes!
White sheers and defusing curtains are on every window so you can adjust light as needed.
